In our venue, we have a decibel (db) restriction of about 98 db. This is not a problem for most of our musicians except for the drummer. Due to the volume issues, many times we are forced to use electronic drums.
By using our PHOENIX seamless drum enclosure, the acoustics of the drums outside the enclosure remains at the volume level of a normal conversation. This allows you to mic the drums and get a CD quality sound without getting any acoustic bleed.
Our current shield is not very pleasant to look at. It has visible vertical seams every couple feet. We want to isolate our drums without spending a fortune. How can we fix this? Is there a way to isolate our drums without using a shield
The PHOENIX seamless drum enclosure has no seams. With its curved front, it looks sleek and professional, bringing the main focus where it belongs—on the drum kit and drummer.
We have a shield with a padded ceiling. This helps with sound absorption but creates a lighting nightmare because the cage is always too dark.
Our PHOENIX seamless drum enclosure has a two-foot ceiling extension that helps to hide any lighting fixtures you may want to place inside. In addition, the enclosure comes equipped with a custom lighting bar, DMX inputs and power to run real stage lighting from your light board.
